On the other hand, we will actively introduce and nurture talent in digital marketing, new retail operations, and high-end brand management to meet the needs of market expansion and channel transformation.

We will establish a tiered and categorized training system. For the core technical team, the emphasis will be on craftsmanship innovation and quality management training; for the marketing team, on brand building, channel management, and data analytics capabilities; and for management, on strategic thinking and leadership development.   • Marketing Director

    +

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. 

    Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on target markets, including consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis, to provide data support for event planning.

    2. 

    Event Planning & Execution: Based on research findings, design creative event themes and content aligned with Guofeng’s brand positioning and core values, such as tasting sessions, cultural festivals, and events integrated with local culture, to attract target customers and drive product sales.

    3. 

    Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring maximum effectiveness of marketing activities.

    4. 

    Creative Planning & Copywriting: Responsible for creative planning and promotional copywriting for the baijiu brand.

    5. 

    Resource Integration: Coordinate and integrate resources including venues, materials, personnel, and media partnerships to ensure smooth execution of events.

    6. 

    Performance Evaluation: Collect data and feedback after events, evaluate effectiveness, and propose improvements to optimize future campaigns.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. 

    College degree or above, with extensive hands-on experience in baijiu marketing and campaign execution.

    2. 

    Strong communication, coordination, and resource integration skills; proven project management and teamwork experience; result-oriented.

    3. 

    Innovative mindset with the ability to design practical, market-relevant campaigns aligned with current trends.

    4. 

    Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, with resilience under pressure and willingness to travel.


  • Technical Director

    +

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. 

    Responsible for the architecture design of the company’s digital backend and tackling key technical challenges.

    2. 

    Oversee business implementation, drive cross-department collaboration, and promote the application of digital system solutions.

    3. 

    Lead the product, R&D, and QA teams in completing the design, development, acceptance, and rollout of business solutions.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. 

    Bachelor’s degree or above from a Project 211 university or higher, major in Computer Science or related field; over 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in team management.

    2. 

    Proficient in Java-related development frameworks and architecture design; strong expertise in MySQL technologies and optimization; excellent coding skills.

    3. 

    Passionate and self-driven, able to motivate the team to work efficiently.

    4. 

    Main responsibilities remain hands-on in coding and business delivery.

  • Finance Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. 

    Review accounting vouchers, accounting records, and internal payments/receipts.

    2. 

    Review external financial statements, payments, and related processes.

    3. 

    Monitor company costs and expenses; promptly analyze and report any anomalies and take corrective measures.

    4. 

    Assist with mid-year and year-end audit work, providing required documentation.

    5. 

    Conduct financial analysis and prepare company budgets.

    6. 

    Handle consolidated financial reporting.

    7. 

    Coordinate communication between the finance department and other departments.

    8. 

    Perform other tasks assigned by management.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. 

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

    2. 

    Over 3 years of experience as Finance Manager/Supervisor, with experience in consolidated reporting for listed companies.

    3. 

    Aged between 30–40, gender not restricted (preference for married women with children).

    4. 

    Familiar with full-cycle accounting operations, financial analysis methods, budget management, cost control, and tax analysis/management.

    5. 

    Strong independent thinking skills, communication ability, and solid execution capability.

  • Copywriting & Content Planning Specialist

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. 

    Draft and edit speeches, reports, summaries, and correspondence for the Chairman and Vice Chairman.

    2. 

    Oversee and manage external communication content output, including drafting and reviewing press releases, executive speeches, and related materials.

    3. 

    Participate in the creation of internal and external promotional materials, such as event scripts, advertisements, and social media content.

    4. 

    Manage the company’s overall new media channels, including but not limited to WeChat Official Accounts, WeChat Video Channels, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Baijiahao.

    5. 

    Responsible for corporate branding communications and developing related copywriting and event planning for external promotion.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. 

    Bachelor’s degree or above in Chinese Language & Literature, Journalism, Communications, or related majors (requirements may be relaxed for outstanding candidates).

    2. 

    3–5 years of proven content writing experience; experience in the baijiu industry preferred; background in traditional or new media is a plus.

    3. 

    Strong command of multiple writing styles, excellent writing skills, and editing ability; capable of producing high-quality articles and reports.

    4. 

    Good understanding of current new media landscape and trends.

    5. 

    Strong execution skills, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Web Front-End Development Engineer

    +

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. 

    Responsible for the post-production editing of company daily shootings and videos, including but not limited to: quick cuts, short-form videos, courses, event recordings, corporate promotional videos, etc.

    2. 

    Possess extensive experience in visual expression, strong aesthetic sense, and creative innovation ability; capable of effectively managing thematic creativity, title design, animation, texture, pacing, colour grading, and music selection.

    3. 

    Provide assistance in other related tasks as required and complete additional assignments assigned by company leadership.

     

    Qualifications:

    1. 

    Proactive and driven, with a dedicated and striving spirit.

    2. 

    Proficient in editing software such as PR, EDIUS, AE, CapCut, and other relevant tools.

    3. 

    Skilled in operating filming equipment including camcorders, DSLRs, gimbals, and drones.

    4. 

    Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.

    Qualifications:

    Proficient in web front-end development technologies: JavaScript (including ES6), HTML, CSS, DOM, protocols, and security.

    Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts; familiar with cross-browser compatibility issues.

    Solid understanding of mainstream front-end frameworks such as React and Vue, with strong proficiency in Vue.
